Balance and Flexibility

During this 45-minute class, DeNairo Girton will incorporate a combination of balance activities and stretches. This is a great class for anyone who is not feeling as steady as they used to. Also, tight muscles can contribute to low back pain, leg pain, and postural changes. This class is a great option to help with some of that tightness.  All fitness levels are welcome!

Circuit/Interval Training

This class will feature a variety of exercises timed in specific intervals targeted to improve overall strength, endurance, and stability. It’s a great challenge for those with any exercise experience or capability, so all are welcome!

Rise and Grind

Start your day off right! A circuit interval class focused on strengthening, toning, and conditioning the entire body.

Movement Group Exercise

These group exercise classes are ideal for anyone with a disease or disorder that compromises their movement, balance or coordination like Parkinson’s disease, Multiple Sclerosis, and Essential Tremors. They provide a supportive environment and expert instructors to help you exercise safely and comfortably. As an added benefit, we will submit reports to your designated physician(s).

All individuals enrolling in Movement Group will receive an Initial Evaluation health screen and baseline Biometric Data Collection with Clinical Staff (height, weight, oxygen saturation, blood pressure, heart rate, body mass index, waist/hip ratio, and body fat %), and Quarterly Re-evaluations with program adjustments. The Certified Athletic Trainer will also assist you in selecting the appropriate level class.

A personalized strength and conditioning program may be provided if you wish to utilize the gym equipment outside of class time independently.
